A. Carefree Office, 36422 Sidewinder Rd (Rose Cottage)

• From AZ 101 Loop N take Scottsdale Road, Exit 34, and go north on Scottsdale Rd 9.7 miles.
• Scottsdale Rd becomes Tom Darlington Dr at Carefree Highway. Continue north 1 mile — a large mound of boulders on the east side indicates you're approaching Stagecoach Rd just north of the Boulders Resort.
• Turn right onto Stagecoach Rd and travel east 0.5 mile to the first stop sign. Turn left at stop sign onto Sidewinder Road, travel 0.1 mile north.
• The office is on the street's left (west) side in a residential neighborhood. Two brown territorial buildings are at this address and two drives — both with a 36422 street number! Go to the second or north drive marked with 36422 and 3 red roses.
• The office is in the smaller building known as Rose Cottage pictured at right. Park your car in the drive and come in.
B. Scottsdale Office, 8900 E. Pinnacle Peak, Suite D-245

• From AZ 101 Loop N take Pima Road, Exit 36. Go north 3.6 miles to Pinnacle Peak Rd.
• Immediately north of Pinnacle Peak Rd turn right into La Mirada Plaza at Pinnacle Peak.
• Look for a 2 story arch with 8900 on it near the south section of the plaza. Park and enter through the breezeway at La Provence restaurant.
• At the end of the breezeway enter the double glass doors and take elevator to second floor. Suite D-245 is the office location and has Scottsdale Intervention on the office door.
