Executive Coaching
As an experienced executive with more than 30 years of executive responsibilities and Executive Coaching experience including working with Fortune 100 company executives and managers, we offer two levels of coaching.
There are two Executive Coaching offerings:
- Performance Enhancement. Individual coaching for executives or managers with talent but struggling with performance delivery at the level they expect of themselves, or at the level their employer expects of them. Performance Enhancement initiatives may include one specific area of performance enhancement need, i.e. public speech delivery, OR, it may include comprehensive performance improvement needs to include leadership skills, communications skills, accountability, sales results, business growth and more.
- Team Development. Teams of executives/managers should be more creative, effective and productive than employees working independently. However, some teams struggle with performance delivery as defined by the team, or as defined by the organization, and need an outside "coach" to break through the barriers and help istall skills and balance back in the team.
Two types of clients engage in Executive Coaching.
1. Self-Directed Clients. These are professionals seeking rapid results in a specific career/professional performance area. Self-directed clients have identified their weakness, have tried other avenues to enhance effectiveness and continue to struggle, now seeking the support of an Executive Coach. Executive Coaches may engage in:
- Removal of mental or emotional barriers to greater performance;
- Development and execution of specific executive skills or tasks, i.e. public speaking, crucial conversations, etc.;
- Evaluation of alternative ways of handling problematic business situations.
2. Employer Mandated Clients. These are clients who have been identified by their employer as needing to enhance performance or loose employments. Employers are typically supportive of engaging Executive Coaches for employees with special skills or knowledge that will adversely impact the organization is the employee is terminated, OR, are supportive of employees who are part of the organization's succession plan, and are in in need of reasonable skill development in order to fulfill a greater role in the organization.
For Executive Coaching clients we offer Intensives which are concentrated periods of time within which planning, processing, practicing, strategizing, and executing occur within a matter of days.
Although our offices are located in Carefree, Arizona, and in North Scottsdale, Arizona, we deliver Executive Coaching services throughout the United States via online and/or videoconferencing.
